Since working with Pixelgroup, TalkTalk have changed the way they think about their customers, and now they intend to blow the broadband market wide open.

A recipe for success

A couple of tests, a bit of insight and some seriously unhappy customers.

When TalkTalk changed the way they did business their customers simply didn't get it. Numbers were falling and TalkTalk asked us to find out why. Our in-depth understanding of End-to-End user testing, as well as our well-established relationship with TalkTalk's staff and customers meant Pixelgroup were in the perfect position to get to the source of the problem, and that's exactly what we did.

Testing the TalkTalk community

TalkTalk were desperate to understand why there was a significant decline in sign-up, they thought it was down to usability problems in the final sign-up process, but analysis showed us something quite different.

Long before the sign-up scenario we worked with TalkTalk on their new proposition, a Deal Finder project. Our experience of that process allowed us to understand customer perceptions of the TalkTalk brand promise and what they were expected to deliver.

With our knowledge of TalkTalk and usability testing with 16 users across four days, we uncovered results that helped them change their approach to the broadband market forever.

We delivered our results using our unique software package Insights, which presents information in palatable, easily understood formats that everybody in the company can comprehend. We gave TalkTalk a platform to change the way they work, and get their customers back on broadband.
