Working within strict government guidelines with tight deadline, we helped the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) communicate a new Workforce Modernisation programme. Using the established intranet we adhered to all HTML and accessibility standards, and working closely with Zephyr we were able to create a visual design that consistently communicated the brand.
The site engaged the audience, highlighting important information about job roles, pay and organistational structure and displaying content so that it was easy to navigate and easy to understand.
