Experience Architect

Salary: based on experience

This role is at a mid-senior level, with responsibilities covering new business development, spotting opportunities, and helping to build the capability working closely with the UX director.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Deliver a full suite of UX deliverables, (Ie understanding client needs, capturing and documenting requirements to the highest quality).
• Communicate the UCD cycle and present the process to potential clients.
• Create beautiful experiences, working closely with the creative team.
• Lead client meetings, providing inspiration and confidence to clients whilst suggesting methods and approaches through to project delivery.
• Shape the user experience for our clients

Digital Project Manager

Salary: based on experience

Got a proven record of delivering across web, mobile and social media projects? You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver great work for our clients and join a fun energetic team of creative professionals.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a 'can-do' attitude, be pro-active, fun & energetic (but serious when they need to be) and good at prioritising, delegating and briefing creatives & information architects.
• Be able to take control of multiple digital projects and manage clients.
• Show an understanding of the UCD cycle, and evidence of managing successful web build projects.
• Have a minimum of 3-4 years experience

Digital Designer

Salary: based on experience

Got a minimum of 3-5 years experience as creative designer? Why not join our team of creatives and report to the Art Director.

Ideally as a Senior designer you will have:

• An impressive creative portfolio
• An understanding of usability best practice
• Worked on websites across brand sectors (B2C)
• Art direction to enhance the UX
• A desire to create beautiful usable experience
• Ability to brainstorm and workshop with fellow IA’s
• Manage freelance / junior designers
• To present your ideas and concepts to the client
• A mature attitude / be able to take feedback
• Manage internal and client deadlines
