Creative redesign of our Shoreditch home

We spend more hours here than sleeping (sometimes) and we’d had the office to ourselves for a while so decided it was time to take our creative to the walls with an office redesign. One that was thought provoking, inspiring and reflected the true personality of the Pixels.

Setting the mood board

Starting with Pinterest and a mood board , we got everyone in the studio to share and pin down imagery that inspired them.

We soon had a collection of stimulating images to work from, but being modern day creatives we like to dig a bit deeper – and where better to start than with our neighbourhood? Shoreditch is home to a plethora of creative design so taking to the streets, we checked out what was on our doorstep in the art shops, uber cool restaurants and the walls.

Decorate to your brand ethos
Together, we came up with initial concepts and further refined them during the drawing process, to create a design which best reflected our culture and integrated into our work space.

We found Hell In Turin (aka HITS, aka Oneline Studio), a very talented pair of young street artists to help us execute the task and it’s fair to say the final work speaks for itself on that:

The beginning…

The middle…

HITS redesigning the office

The end…

Happy walls. Happy studio. Happy people. If you’ve not been to see us for a while — come check it out for yourself…
